The 2024 Innovators and Investors Fair will be held on December 16th at the Youth Center, starting at 1:30 PM.
The organizers of the Fair are the City Development Agency and the City of Banja Luka, with the support of the Chamber of Commerce of the Republika Srpska, the Union of Innovators of the Republika Srpska and the Youth Center.
-Following the success of last year’s event, where we recognized the importance of connecting innovators, companies and investors, this year’s Fair further confirms the importance of this initiative through the presence of leading experts and participants from the country, the region and the world. The Fair continues to position Banja Luka as a key center of regional innovation and technological development – the innovators emphasized.
The Fair program will be enriched with mentoring sessions for young innovators, led by proven experts in the field of innovation and economic development. This will allow young creatives to receive valuable advice and guidance for improving their projects.
We would like to emphasize that participants from the following areas have already shown great interest in participating:
- Sustainable and green technologies
- Industry and smart manufacturing
- FinTech innovations
- Healthcare and biotechnology
- Education and e-learning
- Smart solutions for cities
- Creative industries
- Social innovations.
The official opening of the Fair is scheduled for December 16 at 1:30 p.m., followed by numerous activities and networking throughout the day. On the second day of the event, December 17, 2024, a panel discussion “Developing a Sustainable Innovation-Based Economy” will be held at the premises of the Chamber of Commerce of the Republic of Srpska starting at 12:00 p.m. This panel, in cooperation with TECNALIA Research & Innovation, one of the leading European innovation institutions, will bring together eminent experts, representatives of institutions and companies from the country.
