The third edition of the Bosnian standard BAS ISO 21500:2024, which refers to the management of projects, programs and portfolios – context and concepts, has been published.
As stated by the Institute for Standardization of BiH, this document specifies the context of the organization and the basic concepts for undertaking project, program and portfolio management. It also provides guidance for organizations to adopt or improve project, program and portfolio management using the standards.
The new edition, in addition to improved guidance, introduces an integrated approach to managing projects, programs and portfolios, which enables organizations to more easily achieve strategic goals and benefits.
BAS ISO 21500:2024 can be applied in different types of organizations, regardless of their size or sector, and is a useful tool for all professionals involved in project, program and portfolio management.
