The Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of the Council of Europe is implementing the project “Innovating democratic participation at local level in Bosnia and Herzegovina”” as part of the Council of Europe Action Plan for Bosnia and Herzegovina 2022-2025.

In that context, it is looking for a local Provider for provision of services related to professional media and outreach support in project communication.

The expected start date is 15 March 2022. The deadline for tendering is 20 February 2022.

This call for tenders is launched in the framework of the project “Innovating democratic participation at local level in Bosnia and Herzegovina” implemented by the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities within the Council of Europe Action Plan for Bosnia and Herzegovina 2022-2025. The project aims to create opportunities for citizens to engage in deliberative processes and encourage citizens’ participation in local decision making, with the ultimate goal of innovating democratic participation that will contribute to revitalising citizens’ confidence and trust in public authorities.
