Two contracts for subsidized financing signed in Konjic – In addition to the previous 11 million BAM, the total support for businesspersons and citizens of Konjic amounts to 16 million BAM

BBI Bank and the City of Konjic provided an additional 5 million BAM for young people, companies and crafts

Today, agreement on business cooperation between the City of Konjic and Bosna Bank International d.d. Sarajevo was signed in Konjic for projects of young people up to 40 years of age from the Konjic area who are buying a house or an apartment for the first time, as well as for crafts and companies engaged in agricultural activities in Konjic area.

The City of Konjic set aside 200,000 BAM to subsidize the profit margin, while BBI Bank provided funds in the amount of 5,000,000.00 BAM.

These new subsidized lines are part of the measures of our administration to enable young people from Konjic area to own an apartment or house, and our businesses to receive financial resources under extremely favorable conditions for financing their business activities. Earlier, an agreement was signed with BBI Bank on the subsidy of the profit margin of financing companies, worth 11 million BAM, so that the total available funds are over 16 million BAM to support our economy and citizens. The City of Konjic has set aside a total of 500,000 BAM for these purposes.” – said the Mayor of Konjic, Mr. Osman Catic and invited everyone to apply on time.

Young people aged 18 to 40 have the right to participate in the profit margin subsidy for the purchase of a newly built or under construction apartment, as well as the purchase of a house under construction or brand-new construction, with subsidies of the profit margin by the City of Konjic for the entire housing repayment period if the amount does not exceed 100,000.00 BAM and whose repayment period is not longer than 20 years.

Sarajevo. Hadziomeragic pointed out that BBI Bank had allocated 3 million BAM for the Konjic youth project, and an additional 2 million BAM for crafts and companies.

Crafts and companies engaged in agricultural activity, based in the Konjic area, will be able to apply for funding from BBI Bank, which will also be subsidized by the City of Konjic. The maximum amount of approved financing for one company is 500,000.00 BAM, and for crafts up to 100,000.00 BAM. In exceptional cases, the City of Konjic may approve higher amounts of funding. Financing is with a repayment period of up to 48 months with a profit margin of up to 3.99% and with the possibility of a grace period of up to 6 (six) months.

The public call for applications will be published in the next 10 days on the official websites of the City of Konjic and BBI Bank, which will define all the conditions for application and details of how to apply.
