Konjic , July 2, 2024: The city of Konjic , known for its rich culture and beautiful nature, will host an exciting sports event from July 5 to 7 – Konjic Summer Fest 2024. The festival offers a variety of races for all ages and abilities, from children to top athletes, and a fantastic atmosphere for socializing and having fun.
More than 1,000 participants in various disciplines are expected, and all information about the festival can be found on the website https://www.ksf.ba/ .
Highlights of the festival:
Friday, July 5, 2024:
- Garden City Business Run: A business race that takes place for the second time, starting at 6:30 p.m. 26 equestrian companies will compete for the win, and last year’s winner, @eurosjaj, is defending the title with 15 runners. Along with them, the city administration of the City of Konjic and many other companies will compete . Don’t miss the exciting atmosphere!
Saturday, July 6, 2024:
- Charity children’s race GRAWE KIDS RUN: At 11:00 a.m. the race for 200 little ones starts with numerous gifts with the support of partner @miovako. The race is of a humanitarian nature, and the money collected goes to the Andalus Konjic association for scholarships for children in need. Be a part of this noble initiative! The race is held in five categories:
- GREEN – PRESCHOOL AND FIRST GRADE
- YELLOW – SECOND AND THIRD CLASS
- BLUE – FOURTH AND FIFTH GRADE
- RED – SIXTH AND SEVENTH GRADE
- SIVA – EIGHTH AND NINTH GRADES You can pick up starter packs on Friday from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and on Saturday from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM in the KSF CORNER on the soccer field of the Garden City Konjic hotel .
- Sports adrenaline culminates at 19:30 with:
- Relay Race
- Bingo Equestrian Race: A 10-kilometer race that is being held for the sixth time
- BiH National Championship at 10,000 meters on the road. This is a unique opportunity to see the clash of the best athletes in the country. Come and cheer on your favorites!
Sunday, July 7, 2024:
- Puzijada: The sweetest and last race of the festival, the MMU Puzijada, will be held at 18:30 at the Garden City Konjic hotel . 15 babies will compete for the title of fastest in Konjic. Participation is free!
New this year: accreditations valid for three days of the festival have been introduced. With accreditation, participants will be able to use additional discounts at local partners.
Important note for guests coming from Sarajevo to Konjic !
Free transportation to the top racing event – Konjic Summer Fest is provided, in cooperation with the company Konjic Trans. The bus leaves on Saturday, July 6, in front of the National Museum at 2:00 p.m., stopping at Otoka bus station and Stup bus station. The return is scheduled around 10:00 p.m.
