The Academy for Young Professionals of the Western Balkans is a training program developed to build new networks, knowledge and practices for greater transparency, efficiency and resilience in public administration. The goal of the program is to strengthen individual abilities to meet the requirements of a modern management structure. The Academy allows expanding the network of contacts and sharing ideas with other professionals. The program consists of webinars, interactive lectures, discussions and study visits.
Participation in the Academy will give you the opportunity to develop your professional skills, exclusive access to tools for continuous learning, and many other opportunities.
Deadline for applications: 5 April 2024.
Application criteria:
- Citizenship or residence in the countries of the Western Balkans;
- Good command of the English language;
- Relevant higher education (at least three years);
- Age between 25 and 40 years;
- Employment in politics, public administration, civil society or the private sector;
- Ambition to lead change within the organization.
