Representatives of the Institute for Youth Development KULT held a training for interviewers on December 28, 2021 in Ilijaš, who will conduct a survey on the position and needs of young people aged 15 to 30 in this municipality.
The research will serve as an introduction to the development of a new Youth Strategy of this municipality, given that the current Strategy is ending soon.
The training of interviewers was held in the premises of the High School Center “Nedžad Ibrišimović” in Ilijaš. The young interviewers who attended the training come from the Association “Carpe diem” from Ilijaš. The training clarified the process of interviewing young people and the criteria that must be met in order for the conducted research to be of high quality. Young people from the Ilijaš Municipality will be surveyed in the following areas:
- Youth education and science
- Youth employment and self-employment
- Social care for young people
- Youth health care
- Youth activism
- Informing young people
- Free time
- Culture and sports
- Identity
- Security
- COVID-19 pandemic
Based on the Analysis done by the Institute, the Ilijaš Municipality will start the process of drafting a new Youth Strategy for the period 2023-2028.
Trained interviewers will conduct a survey in all local communities in the Ilijaš Municipality, and we invite young people in Ilijaš to fill in the survey and express their opinions, problems and suggestions for creating better opportunities for young people in this Municipality.
