The Hospitality and Hotel Industry Fair HUBiH 2024 was held on March 5-6, 2024, in Sarajevo, Hotel Hills.
On the first day, masterclasses of famous chefs, bartenders, baristas, sommeliers, and pastry chefs were held in the packed halls of the hotel. Well-known names of the gastro scene Mario Mandarić, Marin Rendić, Ivana Bradarić, Hamid Hadžić, Dino Galvagno, Dejan Živkoski, Filip Pleteš, Filip Lipnik, Timur Kahrović delighted the audience with their lectures and masterclasses.
On the second day, a conference on business management, economics and architecture was held, and eminent names from the world of hospitality and hotel industry and the world of architecture were presented. The following spoke: Admir Poško, Dženita Mustafić, Berina Bajrović, Gordana Puljić, Enis Hadžimujić, Kosta Mikić Weiss. Eminent names of architects also discussed the topics of hotel and restaurant decoration: Aleksandar Lilić, Kenan Brčkalija and Nikola Novaković.
On both days of the event, a fair was held with an exhibition space for exhibitors, sponsors and partners, and admission was free. Visitors had the opportunity to find out all the information and novelties at the stands, taste certain products and drinks, get fair discounts and promotions, and socialize.
HUBiH – the catering and hotel trade fair brought together a large number of experts from the gastronomic scene, and the event will become a tradition and will be held every year.
