The jubilee twentieth edition of the Merlot and Cabernet wine competition in the Italian city of Bergamo brought another great recognition to Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Namely, “Podrumi Vukoje 1982” from Trebinje, i.e. their wine Tribunia crvena 2018, won the gold medal.
“This is a great recognition for our work and confirmation of quality. The very popular competition Emozioni dal Mondo – “Merlot e Cabernet Insieme”, which took place this Sunday, brought together wineries from 25 countries, whose wines were judged by a jury of 25 judges. It is also very important to mention that the Tribunia red wine won the sympathy of the press jury as well, receiving the Premio della stampa award. This is another in a series of gold medals brought by Podruma Vukoje 1982 to our country this year, and they are the only domestic winery to receive these great awards” – says Radovan Vukoje, director and owner of “Podruma Vukoje 1982”.
