The city of Konjic , which connects Bosnia and Herzegovina, will host an unforgettable event from July 5 to 7 – Konjic Summer Fest 2024, for the sixth time organized by the PACE Konjic Athletic Club.
Over 1,000 runners are expected in all the races as part of the festival, and according to the organizers, registration is possible via the page here .
Six exciting races have been announced, namely: Garden City Business Run (July 5, 6:30 p.m.), Grawe Kids Run (July 6 – 11:00 a.m.), Ibis Relay Race (July 6 – 7:30 p.m.), Bingo Equestrian Race ( July 6 – 7:30 p.m.), BiH National Championship (July 6 – 7:30 p.m.) and MMu Puzijada (July 24 – 6:30 p.m.).
The organizers have announced a special medal and jersey for the Equestrian Cener. The unique KSF Trilogy Medal represents a combination of tradition and innovation at the Konjic Summer Fest. This special medal is not only a symbol of sporting success, but also a story about the male gender and its importance for society, highlighted through the symbolism and strength of the Horse Bridge. Through three years, from 2024 to 2026, runners will win not only medals, but also deeply rooted values of unity, sustainability and togetherness through three key themes. All three themes are connected, just like our medal, which will eventually be one unit for runners who successfully complete the Equestrian Cener in 2024, 2025, and 2026. From this year, every participant of the festival will receive an accreditation that allows certain discounts at partners in local bars in the city, museums and Tito’s bunker during the duration of the festival. Emir Lapsus and Lana Hamza with their bands bring top entertainment for all visitors of the Konjic Summer Fest International Festival. You can enjoy their performances in the beautiful surroundings of the Hotel Garden City Konjic.
Lana Hamza and her band will perform on Friday, July 5, starting at 9:00 p.m. in the “KSF Korner” by the pool. Admission is free for all visitors, providing the perfect opportunity to enjoy great music and a wonderful ambiance.
Emir Lapsus will perform on Saturday, July 6, at the pool of the Garden City Konjic hotel. A unique and special concert awaits you, which will further enrich the atmosphere of the festival. The biggest business race in Herzegovina this year will gather over 25 companies with over 200 participants and fans. The race will take place on the first day of the festival, starting at 6:30 p.m. The State Championship of Bosnia and Herzegovina at 10,000 meters will be held for the first time in a city on the Neretva, which will give the entire race additional value and speed.
Starting this year, they have specially designed medals and jerseys for the relay race, as well as a relay that will be passed from hand to hand.
Charity race for 200 children scheduled for Saturday from 11:00 am. This race is intended for children from the first to the ninth grade of elementary school.
There is also MMu Puzijada, that is, a race intended for the youngest participants of the festival. It will be held on Sunday starting at 18:30 – “Korner” Hotel Garden City Konjic .
