In short, ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) means evaluating companies according to environmental, social, and governance criteria . This area is important because it helps companies to be more responsible and sustainable, which can bring long-term benefits to both our communities and the entire planet. There are more and more jobs dealing with ESG, so this practice can bring you valuable skills in sustainability and social responsibility and make you more competitive on the labor market. You will also get practical experience in solving real environmental and social challenges, which opens the door for future career opportunities.
Mozaik ESG Solutions, within which this practice will be carried out, is led by Vilma Tunjić Juzbašić , who has many years of experience in finance and banking. She will be your mentor, so you will have the opportunity to learn a lot about all the challenges in the field of achieving sustainability, and about the most important aspects of the financial sector in BiH.
