What is ZIRA Talent Academy (ZTA)?
ZTA is a unique nine-week internship program, specially designed for IT students like you, whether you are an undergraduate or graduate student. During this experience, you will explore various technologies, gaining hands-on coding experience and a good understanding of Agile methodology principles. With daily stand-up meetings and month-long sprints, our goal is to accelerate your career journey.
ZTA Experience:
9 weeks of online certified training
You’ll dive deep into CSS, Java, Angular, Maven, Spring, ActiveMQ, developing a diverse skill set that will prepare you for real-world projects.
Full-time mentoring support
Dedicated mentors will guide you every step of the way, ensuring you get the guidance and constructive feedback you need to succeed.
Simulation of the real project environment
You will gain hands-on experience in a simulated project environment, which will allow you to demonstrate your skills and adapt to real-world challenges.
Job Requirements:
- Final year students and recent graduates: Individuals who are either in their final year of IT studies or have recently graduated from university programs.
- Strong work ethic: Individuals with a strong work ethic, those who are committed to going the extra mile to achieve excellence.
- Technical Aptitude: To succeed in our program, you must demonstrate proficiency in coding and technology or demonstrate a strong interest in developing those skills.
- Interpersonal skills: The priority is effective communication, teamwork, problem solving and adaptability in candidates.
