Sparkasse Bank and the Startup Studio of the Mozaik Foundation have launched Step by Step – a loan program tailored to startups. The program aims to improve the financial stability of women entrepreneurs and their startups, create new jobs and encourage self-employment and corporate social responsibility. We want to support the growth and development of businesses and provide support in making quality decisions for their financial stability.
Who is the loan program intended for?
The program is intended for entrepreneurs from Bosnia and Herzegovina aged 18 to 35 and the development of their businesses. It is intended for newly established trades and legal entities that have at least one official financial report on business.
What can I expect from this program?
- Financial support through access to more favorable credit lines for new businesses (start-ups).
- Educational support in the field of market analysis, cost management, financial operations and other areas that will help you further develop your idea.
- Individual mentoring support in the form of professional consultations and advice.
Note: Educational and mentoring support is intended to establish the real needs and development opportunities of your business.
What are the phases of the Step by Step program?
1. Application of interested entrepreneurs (the call is continuously open and there is no deadline for submission of applications, but we encourage you to apply as soon as possible and be part of the process).
2. Needs analysis depending on the stage of development of the business.
3. Trainings on various topics (optional for applicants, with one mandatory training related to financial management).
4. One-on-one mentoring (a narrow circle of candidates will be offered the option of working with mentors in order to better prepare the business model and loan application).
5. Submission of the application to the credit committee of Sparkasse Bank.
