Nowadays, nothing is impossible, and we will do our best to help you acquire and perfect skills during your internship , which will be a wind at your back for your next endeavors and better position you on the labor market .

These are some of the skills you will work on during the internship, through various tasks, projects and campaigns, in the preparation and implementation of which we will involve you from the beginning:
- Community Management;
- copywriting;
- Content Creation;
- Communication skills;
- Creative thinking;
- Using digital and AI tools;
- Critical thinking.
And many others!
*Note: The photos you see in the background were taken at some of the many Rolify meetups and events we organized. Since the fall, we have continued at the same pace, so if you pass the internship, you will have the opportunity to participate in them for free and see what the preparation and realization of such events looks like .
What we especially emphasize is team spirit and collegiality , so if you prefer single player work mode, this practice is not for you . This is also confirmed by Harris , who summed up his 3 months of work in the Rolify team like this.
As you can see, this is not a classic practice where you will do one and the same tasks. This is a learning and development program that will give you a wide range of skills, knowledge, experience and contacts.

Application criteria:
- You are between 18 and 35 years old.
- You come from Bosnia and Herzegovina.
- You follow trends in digital marketing and social networks.
- You are a creative person with no shortage of ideas.
- You can occasionally come to our office in Sarajevo.
