Training in Istanbul, Turkey

Mediacenter Sarajevo and partners are proud to announce an open call for a one-year Regional Academy for future change leaders in the field of media literacy and activism.

This educational initiative, designed by seven media organizations from the Western Balkans and Turkey, aims to empower and mentor citizens, especially young people, to engage in media freedom activism and counter polarization in society.

If you are a young activist, leader of a non-governmental organization, politician, journalist, member of the academic community, influencer on social networks or work in education and want to use your voice to improve media freedom, this is your opportunity. !

Also, a study visit to EU countries is planned in order to learn first-hand about the trends and challenges of freedom of expression and media, and to acquire practical skills for application in their local communities.
