Based on the Funds spending program from the Budget of the City of Visoko for support to business, businesspersons and craftsperson for 2021 (“Official Gazette of the City of Visoko” number, 06/21), the Department for Finance, Economy and Social Activities of the City of Visoko announces
PUBLIC CALL
For the allocation of financial resources intended to support women entrepreneurs/women who perform economic activity in the city of Visoko, and who started a business in 2020 and 2021
I
The subject of the call
The subject of the Public Call is the collection of applications and financial support for registered activities carried out by women who started a business during 2020 and 2021, in order to mitigate the consequences caused by the appearance of the COVID-19 virus.
II
The right to participate in the Public call
Women have the right to participate in this Public call – women owners of registered economic activity based in the city of Visoko (crafts, trade, catering, related activities – agriculture, agencies and companies based in the city of Visoko whose founders are women who meet the following conditions:
a) that the economic activity was registered during 2020 and 2021 (as of October 31, 2021)
b) that it is an active economic activity (without suspensions in the course of business)
c) that the economic activity is performed as a basic occupation
d) that the tax liabilities have been settled as of 31.07.2021.
e) to have an open and active bank account in the name of a registered activity (bank certificate)

Amount of incentive funds
The total amount of planned funds under this public call is 45,000.00 BAM. Financial resources will be allocated in accordance with the available budget funds and financial support per user is provided in the maximum amount of 400.00 BAM.

Required documentation for submitting an application to the Public call:
1. Properly filled in and signed Application Form,
2. Authorization for operation of the registered activity (copy),
3. Certificate of open transaction account
4. The City Administration, through the Department for Finance, Economy and Social Affairs, will ex officio obtain certificates of settled obligations of the registered candidates, based on updated official records of the Tax Administration of the Federation/Visoko Branch.
Application procedure and submission deadline
Application form with the required documentation, submitted in a sealed envelope directly to the Protocol of the Department for Finance, Economy and Social Affairs of the City of Visoko or by mail to the address: Alije Izetbegovića 12A, 71300 Visoko

The submission deadline is 15 days from the date of publication on the website of the City Administration of Visoko www.visoko.gov.ba and the notice board of the City Administration of Visoko.
