The Youth Council of the FBiH announces a Public Call for an external member of the Committee for the selection of projects within the project “Communities according to our measure!”, in accordance with the Statute and prescribed internal rules and procedures of the organization. More about the project “Communities according to our measure!” can be found here . The deadline for applications is August 12, 2024.
The committee for selecting project proposals consists of: grant manager, financial administrator, member of the Board of Directors of the FBiH Youth Council and an external member.
The inclusion of an external member increases the objectivity and transparency of the entire process and provides an opportunity for the engagement of a young person in such a process.
The Commission for the selection of project proposals will meet up to two times with the possibility of convening an extraordinary session of the Commission. Each of the members will have the opportunity to score each received project application according to the criteria defined in the Rulebook. If the need arises, the Commission may request additional time for the selection of project proposals, not longer than 14 days.
The criteria for choosing an external member are:
- A young person aged 15 to 30 with a residence address in Bosnia and Herzegovina;
- Minimum of two years of relevant experience in the field of youth work;
- Knowledge of the structure of the Youth Council of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and policies towards young people;
- The candidate does not come from the organization applying for the call due to a conflict of interest;
- Creativity and innovation in work;
- Ability to work in a team and good team spirit.
Note: Participation in the Commission excludes the possibility of applying to the Public Call due to a conflict of interest.

- A statement that you are not involved in the work of the organization that applied or will apply for the specified Public Call.
