The focus of the platform is to share the experiences of public administration services users, which the users will provide through the platform. We will classify and analyze them, in order to help decision makers to improve services for citizens through systematized reports and recommendations defined on the basis of these analyzes. In this way, they will get concrete information about what the citizens think about the quality of service, as well as about their most common problems and remarks.
In order to have a two-way communication on the platform, we will provide targeted advice and information on the most common dilemmas and questions about the work of the administration or the provision of services. The tips will be regularly updated based on shared experiences, as well as changes in regulations, and will be divided by categories and keywords. The portal also contains short anonymous surveys on personal experiences related to administration services, as well as a section where the already shared experiences of citizens will be published.
