Eldina Kašić, the 23-year-old heroine, is someone to be talked about with absolute admiration. In recent years, she has shown absolute courage by saving lives as a nurse, a member of GSS Prenj, but she did not stop there, she also passed helicopter rescue training.
After the catastrophic floods that hit parts of BiH, Kašić spent 12 hours in the field, but she emphasized that she never felt fear. Her greatest motivation and desire is to help those in need.
However, this is not her only commitment. She is also the owner of a black belt in karate, the first female skipper on the Neretva, a volunteer in emergency services, a diver and a mountaineer, and she was also declared “Herzegovinian of the Year” in 2023, and after all that has been said, there is no doubt that the award went into the right hands .
Eldina Kašić is fearless and unstoppable, and it is quite certain that her name will be heard in numerous actions and events in the future.
