Every day, in our lonac.pro community, we present stories and experiences of young people who start socially useful initiatives, solve problems in their communities, have great business plans and create new jobs. Many of them are where they are today because, at some point, they had support – someone mentored them, listened to them, referred them to someone, financially supported, invested or in any other way invested in them and their success. We need someone who will successfully show all of them, but also what the Mozaik Foundation has been doing for 19 years, visually and build with us a recognizable visual identity that is different. If you find it interesting, keep reading. 👇
For starters – we would describe your work as creative and dynamic. We don’t even have to explain the creative part, but by dynamic we mean that the days would often look like this:
Working in a dedicated, professional and multidisciplinary team like Mozaik often involves a lot of brainstorming, last minute ideas, briefings and changes, but also great projects and initiatives that you will ultimately be glad to be a part of.
Here’s what it means:
You will enjoy working with us as a designer if:
- You follow trends and best practices in design and simply “hook” on them, but you also know how to design completely new solutions on your own;
- You know how to optimize visual content for different social networks and web platforms;
- You know what it means to “take care” of a brand’s visual identity, set and maintain visual standards;
- You passionately design and implement various digital creative solutions (visuals for social networks, infographics, animations, newsletters, banner…), but also printed materials (brochures, posters, etc.);
- You have a “CAN DO” attitude and you know how important teamwork is for the success of each individual;
- You enjoy the online world of digital media, so working from home is not a problem for you (and feedback sometimes hurts less when it’s not said in person 😊).
We expect from you:
- Minimum SSS (VSS is an advantage);
- At least two years of experience in working on conceptualization and conceptual solutions, or similar jobs;
- Bosnia and Herzegovina citizenship or a valid work permit in Bosnia and Herzegovina;
- Exceptional literacy in one of the official languages in Bosnia and Herzegovina;
- Exceptional digital literacy;
- Commitment to full-time employment, from the Sarajevo office or remotely (as agreed);
- Have these skills and want to further improve them: responsibility, teamwork, creativity, proactivity, resourcefulness and independence, motivation, speed in work and flexibility, and most importantly for us – EYE FOR DETAILS! 👀
- To respect agreed deadlines;
- To have advanced knowledge of design tools and illustrations, especially Adobe packages;
- To be in daily contact with the communication team of the Mozaik Foundation.
You have an advantage if you have experience in one of these programs/tools:
- Office365;
- OneDrive;
- SharePoint;
- Asana;
- WordPress;
- Hubspot:
- Video editing programs.
How do you feel about having:
- One-year employment contract with three months probation, with the possibility of extension;
- Total net monthly income (salary, transport, hot meal) – min. 1400 BAM;
