Wellbeing in the focus of Bosnia and Herzegovina company

The focus of the event is highlighting the positive practices of employers when it comes to well-being in the business world: how caring for employees leads to greater satisfaction and overall success of the company, improving the company’s image. We cannot start a conversation about social responsibility until we question the responsibility towards the people within the company. We will discuss the concept of well-being in Bosnia and Herzegovina. companies, the support for the mental and physical health of women that companies in Bosnia and Herzegovina provide, and how women can maintain self-awareness and self-confidence in their positions, that is, how the business environment can support this. These conditions enable women to have equal chances, develop their potential and advance in proportion to their efforts and aspirations.
