Igor Bajić is 32 years old and comes from the youngest municipality in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Stanar . He started volunteering as a high school student in a local youth organization, and throughout his entire working life, in some way, he gave importance to volunteering, which eventually manifested itself through his involvement in Youth Bank Stanari. He says that he sees volunteering as giving back a certain contribution to the community from which we come. He is a passionate lover of nature and sports . He has been an active hunter since he was eighteen, and a member of hunting organizations since he was fourteen. He is a member of the board of the local football club FK “Rudar” Stanari.

Igor and his team from OB Stanari helped a large number of young people to implement various projects and thereby improve their communities, as well as to gain valuable experience that helped them in their personal and professional progress.
The Oaza Mir project built a picnic area in Mz Dragalovci where young people now have a place to hang out, rest in nature, celebrate and other events. As part of the Stanari rural tourism project , a brochure was created with the aim of introducing the general public to all the values and potentials of rural tourism in the Stanari municipality. As part of the ‘Burlo’ picnic area project , new content for children was created and the ‘Burlo’ picnic area was arranged.
