The Network of Councils/Council of Students of BiH announces a literary competition on the topic “Letter of Peace” for high school students. In this way, we want to encourage high school students to write and express their own opinion about peace in Bosnia and Herzegovina. This is one of a series of activities carried out by MreSVUBiH as part of the project “Building bridges, tearing down walls” supported by Smart Balkans – Civil society for a connected Western Balkans implemented by the Center for the Promotion of Civil Society (CPCD), Center for Research and Policy Making (CRPM) ), Institute for Democracy and Mediation (IDM), and is financially supported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Norway.
All students attending high school in Bosnia and Herzegovina have the right to participate in the literary contest. High school students can send their literary work electronically or by mail:
1. If you send your literary work electronically (e-mail), please use font size 12, font Times New Roman, align the text on both sides with a spacing of 1.5. You send your literary work electronically only in PDF version with your data to the following e-mail: mresvubih.pr@gmail.com .
2. If you send your literary work by mail, then your work should be written by hand, comprehensibly and legibly, and sent to the address: Council Network/Student Council of BiH, Jalijski put 5, 72 000 Zenica.
The DEADLINE for submitting papers is April 26, 2024. (Friday), after which the Commission of mreSVUBiH will select and reward the five best works.
We invite all high school students in Bosnia and Herzegovina to participate in this competition and submit works in accordance with the above instructions. Let your imagination run wild and show us your creativity, talent and writing skills.
