We are  an impact agency  that uses its creativity and innovation to help non-governmental organizations and the development sector achieve their goals. Through our campaigns and events,  we work to promote important social issues and support projects that have a real impact on the community .

We all know how important social networks are to the success of campaigns, so we are looking for a creative and informed person with experience in social media management for this important position in our team. What will your responsibilities be? 

•  Management of social networks:  

You need to be able to address different target groups and easily switch from one to another. This includes communication with followers and responding to inquiries in a timely manner. You will primarily be in charge of the profiles of Mašta Agency and Mozaik Foundation, i.e. its several programs on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube. If necessary, you will also work for our other clients.

•  Development of strategies:  

Your task will be to develop and implement creative and effective strategies and make a plan for all our profiles, which will increase engagement, attract new audiences, bring conversions or achieve any other goal we set together. As you can see, there are multiple programs and a lot of activities, so it will be up to you to ensure that all content is consistent and aligned with our brand.

•  Content ordering and visual identity monitoring:  

You will collaborate with our designers and content creators to whom you will send requests for visuals, videos, graphics and other content that you will need for promotion on the networks. Our call to action is e.g. find hundreds of young activists who will sign up for an invitation or attract 50 young people to an event. It will be up to you to come up with what kind of content we need to reach that goal, through which social networks, and give a brief to the team that will create it. Content must of course fit into the visual identity.

•  Budget management:  

Considering the variety of profiles that you will manage, it is necessary to monitor spending well and ensure that all budgets are used efficiently and in accordance with the set goals.

•  Analytics and reporting:  

If you’ve already been serious about running social networks, you know that monitoring analytics is necessary both during and after the campaign in order to optimize it. You will regularly prepare detailed reports on the performance of social networks and propose improvements based on analytical data.

What qualifications do you have to have? 

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the position of Social Media Manager or similar role.

• Experience in developing and implementing long-term strategies for social networks.

• Experience with social media analytics tools and ability to interpret data.

• Outstanding ability to manage time and budgets.

• Passion for creative approaches and innovations in the world of social networks.

• Knowledge of the English language.
