The course is intended for participants who want to acquire basic knowledge of computer work, but also for those who want to systematize their existing knowledge or improve their knowledge of new technologies.
COURSE CONTENT AND CONCEPT:
This course includes the following thematic units:
1. Internet and e-mail: searching for specific content and using e-mail
2. MS Office: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point
3. Google Drive: using and sharing content with others
4. Internet security: creating passwords, two-factor protection and incognito mode
5. Using platforms for scheduling and participating in video calls: Zoom and Google Meet
6. Advantages and disadvantages of artificial intelligence (ChatGPT, Gamma…)
The course consists of 32 hours, including testing.
After completing this course, you will learn:
– edit documents using the most advanced tools and techniques, find the information you need quickly and efficiently, while at the same time making connections with people around the world,
– create Excel spreadsheets and manage them with ease, making every calculation more accurate and efficient,
– create documents, tables and presentations that will leave an impression on everyone who sees them,
– navigate the Internet and use e-mail like a real professional, share documents and access them from any location with just one click, using cloud technology,
– organize online meetings and participate in them using platforms such as Zoom and Google Meet, connect with colleagues and friends around the world regardless of distance, without any problems,
– protect yourself and your data from digital threats by creating secure passwords and two-factor protection and identify and avoid harmful software,
– take advantage of artificial intelligence to improve your daily life and work.
