The SHL Foundation has prepared something for you – the Power Up Seminar, which is the largest and most demanding SHL seminar intended for young people who work intensively in non-governmental organizations in Bosnia and Herzegovina. This time, the topic of the Power Up Seminar is “Project Cycle Management” and it will be implemented in the period from September 19. until 20.10.2024. year.
The aim of the seminar is to strengthen the participants as young leaders and increase their competences, skills and knowledge as professional workers in the non-governmental sector. Through the combination of a theoretical and practical approach to learning, participants will not only acquire the knowledge and skills necessary for advancement, but will also have the opportunity to network with professionals from Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as active peers from the non-governmental sector. Also, the seminar will introduce the participants to the 5 elements of the project cycle and indicate why the project management process is important.
Participation in the seminar is free and it is implemented in an online environment using SHL’s Moodle platform. You can register as an individual or as a group in front of an NGO or informal group via the link .
MOOC (Massive Open Online Courses) on the SHL Moodle platform and as such consists of two segments. The first segment concerns theoretical knowledge about the topic itself, participants will have the opportunity to expand their knowledge about Project cycle management through various materials. While in the second segment of the seminar, participants will have the opportunity to immediately apply the acquired knowledge. By successfully completing the Power Up Seminar, participants will, in addition to knowledge, receive a written project application with which they can apply to relevant donors.
You can fill out the application form no later than Tuesday, September 17, 2024. until 12:00.
The SHL team will select the participants based on the received application forms and all applicants will on Wednesday, September 18, 2024. be informed about the status of their application via the e-mail address they provide in the application form.
