In Mostar, there will soon be a reception area for donating clothes and shoes

The humanitarian association “Pomozi.ba” and the company A2B will open on August 9, 2024 in Mostar, Vrapčići bb, a reception area where citizens of Mostar and the surrounding area will be able to donate clothes and shoes.

Thanks to the joint action of the humanitarian organization Pomozi.ba and the company A2B, and the generosity of citizens in the past two months in Tuzla and Brčko, an impressive 2.3 tons (2,332 kg) of clothes and shoes were collected, i.e. 235 packages that A2B express mail transported to the Sarajevo distribution center. center Pomozi.ba.
The campaign started in Tuzla, where 1,352 kilograms of clothes and shoes were collected since the beginning of June, and then continued in Brčko.

There, during July, from the moment when the Pomozi.ba point for collecting donations was opened in the distribution center of A2B express mail, the citizens of Brčko delivered 980 kilograms of donations for those who need help the most. This data is even more impressive if you take into account the fact that it was possible to deliver donations only on Fridays from 11 am to 3 pm.

After a great response, A2B and Pomozi.ba announce the opening of a new reception center in Mostar, at the address Vrapčići bb.

“Starting on August 9, citizens of Mostar will have the opportunity to donate clothes and shoes every Friday, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., in our new reception center. This will enable the local community to actively participate in the action”, said Pomozi.ba.

While announcing the opening of the reception center in Mostar, Pomozi.ba notes that the existing reception centers in Tuzla and Brčko will continue to operate indefinitely.

“Introducing changes from August, the reception center in Brčko, as well as in Tuzla, will be open for donations every working day from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. This practice allows greater flexibility for donors and helps us manage our capacities better”, notes Pomozi.ba.
