The Mayor of Ilidža Nermin Muzur and the Director General of the Institute for Youth Development KULT Jasmin Bešić signed an Agreement on the allocation of funds for the implementation of activities from the Youth Strategy in the Municipality of Ilidža with an action plan for the period 2020-2024.
This Agreement defines the following:
– organization of the Open Day; association will present their activities on non-formal education and in all secondary schools in the Municipality of Ilidža and foreign language courses and non-formal education for young people will be presented.
– organization of educational activities for the development of personality and intellectual skills of children from four to 14 years of age within non-formal education,
– organization of regular activities for socially excluded young people designed to develop social and communication skills, work habits that will strengthen their personality,
– organization of thematic workshops within non-formal education with the aim of empowering young people and conducting education on the harmful effects of drugs and alcohol,
– organization of educational lectures and information campaigns on unacceptable forms of behavior, for young people and parents,
– organization of workshops on conflict resolution,
– organization of sports info workshops through events as well as “Coffee with …” with successful athletes and well-known persons,
– organization of educational-interactive workshops on reproductive health of young people for primary and secondary school students,
– holding a workshop “WHY I AM (NOT) ACTIVE?” for senior students of high schools.
Also, it was agreed to conduct training for activists and volunteers in associations, as well as promotion of success stories of activists from Ilidža. The activities will be realized in the Educational-Leisure Centre for Youth “Spajalica”.
The implementation of activities defined in the Youth Strategy of the Municipality of Ilidža, which was adopted for the period 2020-2024, aims to improve the content, programs and activities for young people in the Municipality of Ilidža, in order to improve their knowledge and skills through non-formal education.
