In Kalinovik, the “Kalinova house” was opened today, where domestic products from the area of this local community will be sold, and 185,000 KM was invested in its construction.
135,000 KM was allocated from the municipal budget for the construction and furnishing of “Kalinovačka House”, and 50,000 KM was provided by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management of the Republic of Srpska.
Mayor of Kalinovik Radomir Sladoje told Srna that the idea for opening the “Kalinova House” was based on the “Herzegovina House” in Trebinje and East Sarajevo, expressing hope that it has great potential, considering the planned construction of a tourist complex on Treskavica.
Sladoje added that “Kalinovačka kuća” was opened as part of the Petrovdan festivities, organized on the occasion of the municipality’s glory, reports Srna.
“This has enriched our tourist offer. Our producers will have a 20 percent subsidy from the municipalities on all their high-quality products, and in a few months it is certain that “Kalinovačka kuća” will have an even richer and more varied offer ,” Sladoje said.
