Eight projects from the Fund for Active Communities were supported

The Fund for Active Communities is a dedicated fund for the improvement of settlements and local communities in TK that are included in the Network of Active Communities. Through this Fund, we encourage cooperation and partnership at the level of selected settlements where local community development groups meet regularly to actively work on solving problems in their community. All projects proposed for support through this Fund must be aligned with the needs of the community and included in the annual action plan of that community. It is very important to include all three sectors and representatives of all citizens in the entire process, especially those from vulnerable categories such as the young, the elderly, Roma, people with disabilities and others.

On the basis of the Rulebook on the issuance of grants and the Minutes of 30/05/2024, the Commission for the allocation of grants from the Active Community Fund, formed by the Board of Directors of the FTZ on 13/03/2023, made a decision  on financial support for organizations and informal groups.
