Section IX of the Transversal in Sarajevo was put into traffic.
“Due to the large diversion of traffic through Sarajevo and the large flow of vehicles at the entrance and exit from Sarajevo, we inform the public that the section on the IX transversal, which leads from the bridge over the roundabout and on to the highway, has been opened to traffic ,” announced Minister Adnan Šteta.
Starting today, drivers can use this road.
“This news is especially important for all our associations, companies, enterprises, as well as individuals, who are going from Sarajevo to our flooded areas ,” he added.
In the following period, the work on the project will continue, but passenger traffic will continue unhindered.
