Drives are made by people: For better or for worse in the workplace, an example of good practice

The fire that happened in the plant marked their business, it affected their work as well as the whole family.

The factory of a well-known regional producer of “plasma” in Serbia suffered major material damage in June of this year when a part of the plant burned down.

Even then, they were primarily concerned about the welfare of the employees, although the focus of the media coverage was on material losses.

That plants are really made up of people is evidenced by how much this fire affected each individual employee, how much pain and stress they were exposed to, how selflessly they acted in difficult times for the company.

What happened marked them in business, affected their work, but also the whole family.

“On the twenty-ninth of June this year, our lives changed completely. In a few hours, annual plans became completely irrelevant before the fire that engulfed our facilities. The first thing that was most important to us was that the employees were safe and that there were no injuries. However, the mere sight of the destroyed plants left a deep mark on all of us,”  said Bambi.

In commemoration of everything they went through, a short film was released, which, they say, is a story about people who went through fire and smoke, but whose love for what they do, where they work and the colleagues they work with did not die out.

“We share it with you to remind you of what a great team of 950 people can do in a crisis that is hard to imagine, with mutual support and love for Bambi. Because of our people, we are sure that we are coming out of everything stronger than ever and that the day when we will celebrate a new beginning is getting closer. And that, right now, is all we need.” , they concluded.
