The DRIVE conference is intended for everyone whose job involves managing and developing people. Introducing distinguished speakers
Adrian Furnham , psychologist, professor and author of over 1300 scientific papers and 95 revolutionary books in the field of psychology. One of the 20 most influential experts in the field of HR according to the choice of HR magazine and the recipient of a lifetime achievement award in HR. Columnist for the Financial Times, Sunday Times and Daily Telegraph. As a trusted consultant and trainer for government institutions, multinational corporations and respected media houses, he brings a wealth of practical wisdom to HR professionals.
The second lecturer is Aco Momčilović , co-founder of the Global AI Ethics Institute and an expert in human resources. With extensive experience in human resource management, including work at companies such as Rimac Automobila and AirQ from Abu Dhabi, Momčilović will provide unique insights and strategies.
Stefan Müller-Nedebock , Director of Global Clients at UNIVERSUM (part of the StepStone Group and the Axel Springer family), a global company specializing in employer branding and labor market research, will reveal to you the secrets of attracting talent in 2025, and share trends in the talent market.
Blanka Lasić , experienced human resource management consultant, business coach, social skills coach, facilitator, lecturer and speaker. With extensive experience in leading people and organizations, Blanka will share her insights and methods for unlocking the potential of individuals and teams. Special emphasis is placed on the topic of change management in uncertain times.
Prof. dr. Almir Maljević , university professor and entrepreneur, whose works have been published in several foreign languages, will speak on the topic: “Well-being as a priority: Tactical guide for HR leaders and managers”. In the segment of “corporate well-being”, this speaker, with his PFHSC team, has been intensively cooperating with the most desirable employers in Bosnia and Herzegovina for five years.
In a world where the job market is increasingly global and talent is increasingly mobile, conference attendees will also gain insight into how companies can adapt their HR strategies to attract and retain top talent, regardless of their location. Mersiha Mima Mehić , general director of Kolektiv/MojPosao.ba, will speak more about this topic.
