Director of KJKP RAD Sarajevo, Nijaz Salamović today signed a contract with the director of one of the most successful domestic companies, Alternativa doo Sarajevo, Salih Lemeša, for the purchase of 500 galvanized containers for mixed municipal waste, with a capacity of 1100 liters.
The total value of the contract is 426,000 KM. The delivery of the container is expected within 45 days from the date of signing the contract.
“Today I also visited the production facilities of the company Alternativa doo in order to make sure of the quality of their production and to make sure that the containers we will receive will meet the high standards we expect”. said Salamovic.
This purchase represents an important step in the improvement of the communal infrastructure of Sarajevo Canton, with the aim of increasing the efficiency of waste management.
“We have already identified the locations where the old containers will be replaced with new ones, which will provide a better service for our citizens and contribute to a cleaner urban environment. The acquisition of these containers is part of our ongoing efforts to modernize waste management systems and promote environmental sustainability in Sarajevo Canton. “Cooperation with one of the most successful domestic companies confirms our commitment to improving public health and hygiene in the city,” said Salamović.
