Competition for the position of PR manager

The Center for Education and Research “Nahla” announces:
COMPETITION
for the position: PR manager (employment)

Nahla is a non-governmental, non-profit organization that implements activities and projects with a special focus on empowering women and young people through education, networking, consulting and business support, health improvement, and sports and recreation.

We are happy to be able to expand the team, and the reinforcement will make it easier for us to present Nahl as well and fully as possible in a time when the use of media and social networks is more and more widespread.

The PR manager will be in charge of communicating with the public and the media and creating content on digital platforms (on social networks and other online communication channels).

JOB DESCRIPTION AND APPLICATION CONDITIONS
The PR manager will:

Develop communication strategies;
Publicly represent the association (presentation of ideas/projects, interviewing guests, moderation, presentation, etc.);
Participate in the organization of association events;
Create and manage campaigns;
Communicate with the media and other publics;
Integrate traditional and digital PR;
Create content adapted to the target group and type of digital platform;
Create and design visual content in digital format (photos, videos, infographics, banners…).

We expect you to:

Minimum SSS;
Literacy in writing and expression in Bosnian and English;
A minimum of 2 years of previous work experience that corresponds to the advertised position;
Writing and editing press releases, articles, leaflets, brochures, speeches, newsletters;
Knowing the media and improving relations with the media and monitoring Nahla’s presence in the media;
Possession of event management skills, their organization and supervision;
Creative writing and proactivity when creating content;
Possessing the technical skills required to perform tasks (Adobe package or other programs for processing vector and raster graphics and video, MS Office, WordPress…)
Excellent knowledge of social networks and creation of creative and visual content adapted to individual social networks;
Administration of Meta Business Suite.
Business hours are Monday-Friday. Nahla’s team and the overall environment that makes it up is supportive and motivating. After the selection process, other elements of the Employment Contract will be communicated with the selected candidate.
