We invite young unemployed people from the Sarajevo macro-region and Zlatibor district to join us in the project “Enabling Highly Accelerated and Nourished Competitiveness and Employment- ENHANCE”, which is implemented under the IPA cross-border cooperation program Serbia-Bosnia and Herzegovina, to strengthen economic growth and employment opportunities.
The implementers of this project are the Chamber of Commerce of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Regional Chamber of Commerce of the Zlatibor Administrative District and the Center for Education and Raising Awareness of the Need to Increase Energy Efficiency – Energis.
Previous experience is not important – motivation, dedication and the will to improve are the most important characteristic.
Participation in this project implies active participation in the educational process. In practice, this means the following:
- Participation in the project academy – participation will be provided in an online format in order to prevent the spread of COVID-19;
- Work on developing your own idea for a project proposal, with the mentorship of experts and experts from the non-governmental sector in Bosnia and Herzegovina;
- Participate in cross-border B2B meetings with entrepreneurs from the metal, food and wood sectors and thus increase your chances of finding a job.
After graduating the academy, participants will have access to a free guide to access EU funds and mentoring support during the application process.
