The Ministry of Agriculture of Una-Sana Canton has published a public call for subsidizing rural development among young farmers from the area of that Canton.
The right to a subsidy has a natural person and a craft that meet the following criteria:
– The applicant is a person (natural person or business owner) aged 35 and older.
– Registered in the Register of Agricultural Holdings or the Register of Clients, (hereinafter: RPG / RK) no later than 180 days before the publication of the Public call with updated data in RPG/RK until March 31, 2022.
– Natural person or crafts that have no due but unpaid tax liabilities to the Cantonal Tax Administration and tax liabilities to the Indirect Taxation Authority of Bosnia and Herzegovina for the previous year or concluded an agreement on debt rescheduling with the competent Tax Administration of the Federation of BiH or Indirect Taxation Authority of BiH for 2021.
– A natural person or trade that regularly fulfills its due obligations under concluded agreements on commodity, commodity-money loans, leases and concessions with the Ministry acquires the right to receive financial support in accordance with Article 7, paragraph 1, item 7 of the Law on Financial Support primary agricultural production in Una-Sana Canton.
– Statement that the client has not used in the last 5 years any subsidies in the form of funds from the USC Budget for persons under 35 years of age
– The client is obliged to participate with their own funds with a minimum of 20% of the value of eligible costs
