Call for bids – expert economic services for the implementation of the project “Legal framework for philanthropy”
The Mozaik Foundation, with the financial support of the United States Agency for International Development – USAID, in cooperation with the Hastor Foundation, the Network for Building Peace and the Pomozi.ba Association, as well as with partner organizations from Republic of Serbia – Trag Foundation and Catalyst Balkans, is implementing the project “Legal framework for philanthropy”. The goal of the project is to improve the legislative and fiscal framework, as well as to create a stimulating environment for the development of philanthropy in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The realization of the project started on August 12, 2020, and will last until August 11, 2024.
In order to select an individual or expert team to perform the project task for the implementation of the project, its goals and activities in accordance with the Instructions for filling out the bid, we invite individuals and legal entities to submit the following:
1. Detailed budget in BAM, without VAT, by type of activity, which should show the number of hours/days required to complete the project task, indicating the unit price per hour/day.
2. Completed general information on the provider and technical specification of services
3. Required supporting documentation consisting of:
- Summary, list of references and other documents confirming the level of necessary qualifications, knowledge and experience for successful completion of the task.
- Two examples of previous research papers (offers that contain at least one personal example of a cost-benefit analysis have an advantage).
- Proposal of a plan for the execution of the task, which clearly proves the understanding of the goals and scope of the research.
The bid, together with the required supporting documentation, is submitted electronically (scanned) in PDF format to the e-mail info@mozaik.ba no later than July 23, 2021 by 11:59 pm or in printed format, in a sealed envelope (stamped at the joints, with subject Prijava na javni poziv “Pravni okvir za filantropiju”) no later than July 23, 2021 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., in person or by mail to one of the following addresses below.
