On that occasion, Radio Ljubuški had an interview with Marko Bilić, Master of Viticulture and Olive Growing, and a member of the Board of the Association of Beekeepers Kadulja Ljubuški.
– Days of Herzegovinian honey is an event that has an educational character. Herzegovinian honey is recognizable and our goal is to maintain its sales and production in our area – said Bilić.
Bilić invited all beekeepers from Ljubuški to bring their honey samples and participate at this event.
– We, as an association from Ljubuški, will receive samples of honey from local beekeepers on Monday, October 4, from 8.30 to 9.30 hrs. in the premises of our association. All members of the association who are willing to participate can bring their sample in a jar of 200 milliliters, and accompanying documents ordered by the Agromediterranean Institute in Mostar. We will personally take the samples to Mostar – explains Bilić.
He pointed out that this will also be an opportunity for new beekeepers to present their products.
