Jelena Galić, President of the Executive Board of AIK Bank, pointed out that she is looking forward to cooperation with both ministries on this project of interest to the people of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

“AIK Bank and MK Group have been implementing the Family Support program for their employees for four years now, which helps parents at a crucial time for every family, such as the birth of a child. This year, we decided to go a step further and expand it through donations to maternity hospitals throughout the region. In addition to health care, child care is one of the focuses of our group’s socially responsible activities, and in this way, we connect both segments. Investing in new generations is investing in the future of the region, and that is why with these donations we want to contribute to the improvement of the conditions in which new life is born,” said Galić.

The regional project Family Support through financial donations to selected maternity hospitals aims to provide better conditions for pregnant women, mothers and newborns, but also to provide long-term support to family policy and measures to stimulate birth rates in countries in the region where AIK Bank and MK Group are active. Over the past five years in the local communities in which they are present, they have implemented more than 500 socially responsible actions worth more than five million euros.
