TICTAC is a training intended for volunteers, youth workers and leaders who are interested in developing the strategy of local communities in accordance with the goals of the organization through international cooperation. Participants are supported in organizing activities involving youth workers within the project.
The National Agency in cooperation with SALTO will organize a TICTAC training course from August 23 to 29 in Germany. 25 candidates will be selected for the training.
TICTAC wants to support participants in designing quality projects and become a pioneer of the Erasmus program. The objectives of the course are:
- Promoting the Erasmus+ project “Youth in Action” as a way of education with an emphasis on international cooperation;
- Promoting activism
Who is this course for?
The course is intended for:
- Adults who have previous experience in similar projects;
- Young people who want to learn more about the program and use the acquired knowledge in practice;
- Young people who have the support of the organization for participation and opportunities to implement European projects in their organization;
- Young people who are fluent in English and are able to communicate smoothly during group work and sessions
