Studio Teatar has published a public call for young actresses and actors from Busovača, Travnik, Donji Vakuf and Vareš to participate in the production of plays as part of a new project for young people.
Young actors/amateurs aged 15 to 25 can apply for the audition. The call is open from April 6 to 16. All interested candidates can apply using this link.
The audition will be held in mid-April, at which the production team led by a mentor will select the ten best candidates who will participate in the realization of the plays. The plays will be premiered in July.
The activity “Feel the Theater” will be implemented in the next four months in the municipalities of Busovača, Travnik, Vareš and Donji Vakuf. Within this project, a youth play whose authors are professionals in the field of performing art will be produced in each of the mentioned municipalities.
As part of the project, in partnership with the Elementary School Kaćuni and the Municipality of Busovača, an open-air amphitheater will also be built in Busovača, where a youth cultural festival will be organized in July.
The project is implemented with the support of the Bosnia and Herzegovina Resilience Initiative (BHRI) program, implemented by the International Organization for Migration (IOM), with the financial support of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).
