The eleventh economic forum of the municipality of Žepče, entitled “Be IN-Innovate, invest, internationalize”, will be held on Thursday, October 17, 2024. in Žepč starting at 10 a.m. in California Radovlje.
It is dedicated to small businesses and their development through innovation, attracting investments and opening up to international business. The participants of the 11th Economic Forum of the Municipality of Žepče will discuss in the framework of two panel discussions: “Innovations in small business, an (un)realistic development perspective!” and “Exports as an opportunity for growth.”
The purpose of the panel discussions is to encourage small business owners to continuously improve the work of their companies, products and services through innovation, and how it is possible to improve business with creative solutions and adaptation to the changing market. The focus is on how small businesses, despite limited resources, can use innovation to improve their competitiveness and growth. This is extremely important in today’s dynamic business environment.
The participants of the first panel discussion are representatives of the companies “Dizart” doo Sarajevo, “Magbago” doo Bijeljina, “TEAM CNC” doo Kalesija, startup “BPARCO” Sarajevo and “Investicija fondacija Impakt”.
The second panel will discuss the importance of exports, the challenges faced by businesses when exporting, how to overcome these challenges, how to improve the company’s competitiveness through internationalization and the conquest of new markets in the exchange of experiences with other businesses in the area.
Participants of the panel discussion are representatives of the companies “SAGA” doo Žepče, “STAUKO KOZIJNEN” BV Den Haag, “PEROTEH” GmbH Tresdorf, Eldar Hodžić Qatar, Administration for Indirect/Indirect Taxation of BiH, Foreign Trade Chamber of BiH and Sparkasse Bank dd BiH.
Those present will be addressed by successful entrepreneurs: Izudin Ahmetlić, owner of “HIFA-OIL” doo Tešanj, Snježana Köpruner, director of “GS-TMT” doo Travnik and Zlatko Oršolić, owner of “YIMOR” doo Domaljevac, who will help through their own business stories and experiences small entrepreneurs to improve their business and achieve growth.
As part of the Masterclass with Edin Mehić, the topic “How to start, develop and sell a business with a little help from artificial intelligence?” will be held by Edin Mehić, Bosnian entrepreneur, investor and co-founder of Blumteq, the first AI-first company. in the Balkans and the founder of the MojPosao platform. The 11th Economic Forum of the Municipality of Žepče is held under the auspices of the Mayor Mate Zovko and the project “Local Economic Development in Bosnia and Herzegovina” financed by the Government of Switzerland since the Municipality of Žepče is one of the 11 partner municipalities in the project.
