Today we celebrate the results of the Youth Bank!
We are proud of the large number of applications received for the calls that were open until March 9:
- CALL FOR PROJECTS: Over half a million for youth projects in 47 Youth Banks throughout Bosnia and Herzegovina
- CALL FOR MICROBUSINESS: 156,000 BAM of non-refundable funds for youth business ideas
In 47 municipalities in which the Call was open, young people submitted as many as 474 project proposals, and 100 young people applied with their business idea to start their own business!
We would like to show our gratitude to the members of the Board of all Youth Banks who promoted the calls in various ways and tried to collect as many applications as possible. In the end, we officially launched the competition of all Youth Banks who will collect the biggest number of applications for projects and business ideas, and we are happy to announce the results:
- Youth Bank Novi Grad had the largest number of submitted project proposals (28). The second place is shared by YB Mrkonjić Grad and YB Tešanj (21), and the third place is YB Modriča (20).
- Youth Bank Čelinac has the largest number of submitted applications for micro-businesses, (10)! YB Bugojno (8) takes the second place, and YB Gradiška and YB Zenica (6) share the third place.

- During the time period the Call was open for applications, there were a total of 296 posts on the Facebook pages of Youth Banks! YB Travnik has the largest number of FB posts (38 posts), followed by YB Živinice (27 posts) and YB Bugojno (20 posts).
When it comes to announcements, young people had a very interesting approach in the promotion of the Calls, so they posted stories on their Facebook pages about previously realized successful projects and microbusiness.

Now, everyone is wondering – what are the next steps? If you sent your project proposal/business proposal until March 9 by 2 pm, read the blogs we have prepared in lonac and see what awaits you in the coming period:
The young people from the Youth Banks Board will review all the applications received and check whether all the criteria have been met until April 6, and then they will mentor them. They will do this by leaving comments with suggestions for improving your project proposal or microbusiness below your application in lonac. You can communicate with them directly and answer their questions in the application, in order to improve your application. A voting campaign will be organized from April 6, about which you will find more information at the links above.
