Today, the Government of Tuzla Canton adopted the orders of the Crisis Headquarters of the Ministry of Health of Tuzla Canton. With the new orders, the measures are harmonized with the Order of the Crisis Headquarters of the FBiH Ministry of Health, and it is allowed to organize larger gatherings, provided that the size of the space allows the implementation of hygienic and epidemiological measures. The condition for organizing these meetings is that all participants have a negative antigen or PCR test, not older than 48 hours, issued by a registered institution or laboratory or a certificate of recovery from COVID-19 not older than 6 months or a vaccination certificate.
The organizer is responsible for the implementation of epidemiological measures and the organization of the meeting, who is also obliged to obtain prior approval from the Crisis Headquarters of the Ministry of Health for the organization of such a meeting. The new measures also abolished the restriction of working hours for all catering and other facilities, and thus allowed them to work after 11 pm.
However, after 20:00, catering and other facilities are required to ensure that all guests in the facility must have a negative antigen or PCR test not older than 48 hours, issued by a registered institution or laboratory or a certificate of recovery from COVID-19, not older than 6 months or confirmation of completed vaccination. Having in mind the upcoming New Year’s holidays, the Crisis Headquarters of the Ministry of Health of Tuzla Canton and the Government of Tuzla Canton recommended to all cities/municipalities, businesses and other entities and individuals to adjust the organization of New Year’s holidays to current orders and recommendations.
Simplified, all of the above means that in the Tuzla Canton measures are in force identical to those prescribed by the Crisis Headquarters at the federal level, with the exception that in our canton in certain situations it is necessary to have the so-called certificate of recovery from COVID-19 – vaccinated – tested (PVT) certificate.
This Order shall apply from December 18, 2021 and shall be valid until 12 January 2022.
