After the Prime Minister of the Sarajevo Canton, the Ministry of Labor, Social Policy, Displaced Persons and Refugees as well as the Minister of Health, Finance and Economy of the Sarajevo Canton, the Sarajevo Canton Minister of Science, Higher Education and Youth, Melika Husić-Mehmedović and the Sarajevo Canton Minister of Education, Naida Hota – Muminović will answer questions live on May 18, starting at 17:00h, via Lookalno.ba (Facebook and Youtube channel).
Answering the questions of citizens is realized through an event called the Forum of Responsibility organized by the Centres for Civic Initiatives (CCI). Citizens will be able to ask questions on the topic of “Education and Youth” directly to Ministers Melika Husić-Mehmedović and Naida Hota-Muminović on Tuesday, May 18 at 17:00h, when the Ministers will answer all questions related to this topic live at the Responsibility Forum.
Questions to the Ministers of the Sarajevo Canton Government can be sent via the inbox of the Facebook page Lookalno.ba or email lookalno.ba@gmail.com, and during the event on the link for live broadcast in the comments on the Facebook page or Youtube channel Lookalno.ba.
Marking one hundred days of the Sarajevo Canton Government, a new type of direct communication between the representatives of the Government and the citizens was opened regarding the results achieved in the mentioned period. In addition to presenting the results, citizens will have an opportunity to nominate problems that are within the competence of the cantonal government, and ask questions from various spheres of government action. In this way, government representatives also receive feedback from the citizens whose interests they represent, and get more information regarding the direction of their work.
The Centres for Civic Initiatives (CCI) already organized Responsibility Forums with the Prime Minister, Ministers of the Sarajevo Canton Government marking 100 days of work of the Sarajevo Canton Government. The organization of the Forum of Responsibility seeks to enable two-way communication between citizens and representatives of the government, which is extremely important in a democratic society.
Responsibility forums, after the first forum was held with the Prime Minister of the Sarajevo Canton on April 21, 2021, are organized every Tuesday in May, starting from May 4, 2021.
