Kiseljak, September 1, 2021 – Sarajevski kiseljak provides its employees whose children start the first grade of primary school with a day off on the first day of the new school year. Aware of the fact that the first day of school is one of the most exciting and important days in the life of children and their parents, Sarajevski kiseljak as an employer who takes care of its employees, provides about 15 employees with the most important – extra time they can spend with their child.
“The first day of school is one of the biggest events in the life of a child and their parents. This day is a unique opportunity to create beautiful memories, so it is extremely important for parents to spend this day focused on their child. We are aware of this and since we want to build a partnership with employees recognizing the importance of the balance of private and business life, we strive through a series of various initiatives and benefits to ensure better working conditions and contribute to a better quality of life for our employees,” said Martina Roša, executive director of resources of the Grupa pića Fortenova, within which Sarajevski kiseljak operates.
