The Municipality of Stari Grad Sarajevo offers leased business premises to interested tenants.
Štrosmajerova, Jelića, Muvekita, Trg fra Grge Martića, Zelenih beretki, Mula Mustafe Bašeskije, Halači, Despićeva, Luledžina, Đulagina … are just some of the locations in the narrowest old town area where the Municipality of Stari Grad Sarajevo offers leased business premises to interested tenants. A total of 29 business premises are offered, and the public call was published yesterday. It will stay open for the next eight days.
Interested tenants have the opportunity to rent office space at affordable prices of 6 BAM, 10 BAM, 18 BAM to a maximum of 25 BAM per m2 in the most attractive locations of the old town, the ad states.
The Stari Grad Municipality is one of the most visited and popular tourist destinations in Bosnia and Herzegovina, which greatly contributes to the development of business entities and makes it a very favorable business environment.
The decision on the lease of business buildings and business premises of the Stari Grad Sarajevo Municipality and the schedule of business activities in the Stari Grad Sarajevo Municipality determined the initial level of rent per m2, which depends on the category in which the space is located:
A category – 25.00 BAM, and the highest 120.00 BAM
B category – 18.00 BAM, and the highest 100.00 BAM
C category – 10.00 BAM, and the highest 60.00 BAM
D category – 6.00 BAM, and the highest 30.00 BAM
E category – 3.00 BAM without discount on any basis from this Decision, and the highest 20 BAM.
