Yesterday, November 30, the Pale Municipal Tourist Organization presented the mobile application Visit Pale, which is unique in the region in terms of content and quality because it offers a wide range of options and will be useful to tourists and locals.
The director of the Pale Tourist Organization, Dragan Jakić, told reporters that this organization has worked hard in the past period to present all the tourist potentials and capacities of the municipality in one place, following the example of world tourist destinations.
– I think that we are the only ones in the Republika Srpska and Bosnia and Herzegovina who presented the tourist offer of the local community in this way – Jakić pointed out.
According to him, this is a modern and complex application, with a lot of data.
He stated that by using the Android application, everything can be planned in one place, from accommodation, gastronomic offer, and attractive picnic areas, of which there are many in Pale.
– The application contains information for ski centers, weather forecast, ticket prices, events, ski schools, rentals, all information needed by tourists during their stay at the desired destination – said Jakić and emphasized that the application is free.
The President of the Assembly of the City of East Sarajevo, Branko Koroman, said that he was glad to attend the presentation of the application made by the Pale Tourist Organization, which will be useful for every tourist in the Sarajevo-Romanija region.
Koroman assessed that the application is coming out at the right time, since the winter tourist season opens on Friday, December 3, and that all tourists who come to the area of East Sarajevo and Pale will have the opportunity to use the application.
Vladimir Klačar from the Tourist Organization of the Municipality of Pale stated that the application is available in Serbian Cyrillic, Latin and English, and in the next period they plan to do a translation into other world languages.
– The application is distinguished by a good methodological setting of different areas that will not confuse any foreign tourists and will be of great benefit to tourists and locals. The huge number of information, phone numbers and services make the application unique in the region – Klačar pointed out.
