The humanitarian association “Mozaik prijateljstva” from Banja Luka needs food for their soup kitchen.
“Due to the overall situation, our soup kitchen is already in a catastrophically difficult situation. Our food supplies that we always had at least in some reserves have reached literally the bottom. Empty cupboards that do not contain rice, pasta, salt, sugar, oil, cans, spices, cabbage, carrots, onions, beans cause great sadness in our hearts,” said the Association.
Therefore, they ask all citizens to donate food to the soup kitchen, so that they can share it with their users. Most of our users get their only daily meal at our soup kitchen.
“Mozaik prijateljstva” is located at 20 Cara Lazara Street. In addition to the soup kitchen, the Association also has a public bathroom, a shelter for the homeless, a sewing room “Zlatne ruke”, and in Grandma’s Corner the Association also organizes gatherings for the elderly. The number of users of the soup kitchen has increased immensely during the coronavirus pandemic, which is a great burden for the Association.
